Thank you for considering Lakota Foods Fundraising.  We strive to make your fundraiser a success! All of our popcorn products are raised and processed on the Lower Brule Tribal farms in Central South Dakota.

Who are we?

We help organizations/groups such as school athletic teams, church groups, etc...to raise money by selling delicious popcorn products that consumers LOVE! It's fun and easy!

Here is how it works!

YOU

  • Decide when to start/end

  • Number of order forms

  • Sell Product (we recommend 2 full weekends)

  • Turn in paperwork

  • Deliver Products/Collect money

  • Keep 40% of total sales

US

  • Send out information packets/samples

  • Design product list and order forms

  • Organize/send final order to plant

  • Produce, sort, label products

  • Ship products

  • Send group bill for products shipped

It's So Easy!

Getting Started

  • In planning your sale, first determine the dates for the fund-raising event. Lakota Foods Fundraising will assist in planning the fundraiser schedule.

  • Second, you will be shipped our easy-to-use order form once your sale/delivery dates and the number of sellers you will have are determined.

  • Third, include at least two full weekends in your selling schedule for greatest sales numbers.

  • Next, individual orders are turned into your fundraising coordinator.

  • Finally, send Lakota Foods the order forms and we will tally the sales numbers, prepare products, and send products and bill to your organization.

Delivery

  • Checks from customers should be made payable to your organization. You handle all money and only send one check to Lakota Foods once the bill is received.

Lakota Fundraising Salespeople want to assist you in any way possible, especially when determining how best to organize and keep track of the orders and product pick-up on delivery day.  The best system to use will depend upon the size of your group and the amount of experience they have.
